Excuse the pic as it's not a fanciful presentation!
Anyways, pork paprika is one of my families favourite meals. It used to be a crazy 1112 kcal for my portion! Which is crazy! I don't even remember how it was so high although I use to use a ton more cream and double the rice.
Anyways... Of course feel free to add or adapt to your own desires! But this is the recipe I made that is 564kcal per portion. The serving size is for two.
250g pork 354kcal
1x onion chopped 16kcal
250g basmati rice 396kcal
4 tsp paprika (save some to sprinkle at the end)
150g sour cream (save some to put on top at the end)
20g tomato puree 17kcal
200ml chicken stock 18kcal
5g plain flour to thicken 17kcal
Oven cook the pork (in cubes or strips) and chopped onion.
In a frying pan add the ckn stock, paprika, puree, flour and sour cream. Simmer and add pork and onions. Simmer until thickened.
Cook the rice.
Serve and add spoon of sour cream and sprinkle of paprika to decorate.
Eat and enjoy!
Originally this dish has mushrooms too but I dislike mushrooms but as I said feel free to add what you wish and add the calories on.
Sorry I don't count macros so no idea on protein, carbs etc.
