I was in need of fiber, this was my fiber-icious morning with some eggs and green tea.
Tonight I have a class after work until 9:45pm, so I won't be eating dinner after work so I need to eat while at work and then fast the rest of the day. So, I will eat from 8am-3pm, and nothing else after that. Usually I fast in the morning, but not on Mondays & Wednesdays, because I have a ceramics class after work.
So once I stop eating at 3pm today, I won't eat again until 6pm tomorrow. So, this will give me a 27 hour fasting period. Love it!
My plans today are to eat mostly veggies. I had two servings of eggs this morning. I will do my best to avoid all meats today and have nuts, and tofu and veggies and fruit. I am doing my vitamins, and my fish oils also.
