Hi everyone,
Here's some chickpea and vegetable soup that I made for tonight, I slow cook meals like this in a shallow but wide pan and leave in on very low with a lid.
I cooked onions garlic mushrooms plum tomatoes sliced potato in olive oil and then added broccoli cauliflower and carrots and a tin of black chick peas. I seasoned it with ginger chives black pepper low salt bouillon stock and tamari.
Its gluten free and plant based too.
