Brukinsa/Zanubrutinib slow working at present time
I started treatment in early May with Zanubrutinib but because of severe stomach pain with it and acyclovir stopped it after 6 weeks so that an endoscopy could be done. Wbc started at 212,000 and went up to 300,000 in 2 1/2 weeks. 2 weeks later down to 165,000. The time off was almost 3 weeks. Started

peri menopausal
I am peri menopausal and have had ibs-c for years. My upper abdomen bloating and pain is a lot worse since menopause and I’ve been taking one sachet laxido for 12 months now. It worked a treat to start with but now not so much, and I’m more gassy and bloated than ever. I’ve had ultrasound, endoscopy

Stress on liver?
I’m wondering if having a colonoscopy and endoscopy would put a lot of stress on an already compromised liver. Would the anesthesia drug they use harm the liver? Anyone have experience with this?

Anemia After Annunoplasty
Hi Everyone, I had Annunoplasty on my Mitral and Trucuspid valves 3 1/2 months ago. Heart wise everything seems fine, a big improvement on my pre op condition, though I’m not running marathons. My blood tests have showed my hemaglobin is to low, it had started to pick up but is now 101 should be between

Can b12 be administered together with proton pump inhibitors?
I have been treated for years now for stomach ulcer without good relief. Two years ago, I underwent endoscopy test. The results showed some healed ulcer and some erosion which resulted to inflammation. The doctor said I had gastritis. He bombarded my system with antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors
