That all sounds parity negative but when I do runny and complete a session I do feel really good I just struggle to keep it going consistently..I'm come to realise that it's probably always going to be that way and I'm trying to mix things up with doing other activities

Gatwick Half done - but now I think my legs need a rest!
, but I had overdone the
cycling
to the pub yesterday and re-twinged my thigh and once we had got to the half way point, it really began grumbling. I don't want to turn a niggle into an injury, so I backed off and ran/walked the rest of the run.

Gagging but no nausea?!
It happened while I was
cycling
home from work for the whole 20 minutes and gave me a major headache by the time I got home. Am I a total freak? Is this normal? Is there a way to make it stop?!

Its not running.....
Then to a bit of flat and on to my regular
cycling
routers (we actually went back close to my house) I caught up with one of my colleagues Anthony who I would cycle the rest of the route with.

Graduation!
It was warmer today than a couple of days ago so I braved
cycling
shorts for W9 R3 this evening. As I was heading downstairs I met my partner coming up. Him: what the hell have you done to your legs?! Me: what? What's wrong with them? Him: you look like you've got measles!

Running to get my bike ๐
I had spent yesterday looking at what routes to take as I wanted to make the run as long as possible before
cycling
home. I decided that I would run just over 3 miles then have about 1.5 mile ride home.

Prostatitis running, is it suitable?
Usually, prostatitis patients cannot take intense exercises, and there do have some exercises prostatitis patients cannot take for they will worsen prostatitis symptoms such as
cycling
.

Started running again
I gave up competitive
cycling
a few years ago. The time has come to try and regain some of the fitness I have lost. Have done week one, but feel I am not ready for week 2 yet as I do not appear to be getting any better.

Post Angioplasty pain
I also noticed I was getting breathless when climbing stairs, which surprised me as I have always been physically active, work wise and had practised martial arts & was exercising regularly by running
cycling
and of course rowing, and weight training.

Living well on NDT but need advice please.
I have previously been quite active, walking
cycling
, running over the years. My question is, does anyone know if fairly severe knee swelling could be connected to thyroid or thyroid medication be a factor? I assumed if I'm on an optimal dose then this would not be the case?

Am I just being a wuss?
:-) I'm 53 and/was fit'ish, always did lots of walking, some swimming/
cycling
etc. I seemed to have joined the exclusive but rather unwelcome PMR club 2 months ago.

There was some local
cycling
event on today too, so the mountain bikers were out in force on the old railway line, looking decided mud splattered and smiley with it!๐ดโโ๏ธ Stopped my Garmin (just over 13k) on return - all's well that ends well.

Metastasis-free Survival - Enzalutamide.
In more recent years, I have tried to delay resistance by
cycling
between ADT & high-normal testosterone. And so, I wonder what the long-term effects are when a drug approved for metastatic PCa is used before mets have appeared?

Sinus headache or something else?
I went out
cycling
and after a few miles I started getting a headache in my right temple which by the end of the ride manifested into a migraine type headache. This headache hasn't really gone in 2 weeks.
