W8R2 - Busy in the gardens

Up early to fit in the run before work this morning. In Botanic gardens this morning. Was lovely, with lots to look at and pretty cool. 🌞🌱🌲🌿🏵️Out for 14 and then turned back. Knees squeaking a bit. People everywhere! Running (really fast!), Cycling and meandering 🚴‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶. Got through it but legs and hips stiff as now! Just had a lovely hot bath! Amazing W8 is almost over 💪
