1st ever ride out with a group
Done a small run this morning. 3.5k in 18mins, then this evening went along to my mangers
cycling
club for a 38k ride. Never been out with more than 1. I was put in the slower group, which I was 100% fine with. I'm so pleased as I didn't look out of place. I kept up with the pack.

Decapeptyl SR side effects
However prior to my gynaecology appointment we tried tri-
cycling
the pill and it was one of the worst things I have ever experienced, I had screaming migranes, throwing up, and then had a full period while on the pill and 16 days of hell insued.

An update from Norfolk
Still can’t run because of my knees but trusty rowing machine and
cycling
to work is a great help. But here’s the oddity, two friends of mine have both developed Flutter in the recent past. Quite unusual according to my consultant, far less common than Fibrillation.

So, I’m a middle aged man who has been club
cycling
for the last few years and decided to start running 25 years after my last real runs following a back injury (disectomy) Run no. 1 last Saturday was great and I was pleased I was off to a positive start.

The best plan, enjoyment
Cycling
wise I'm. Setting a bench mark of 80-100 miles a week. No more apps or big plans. I'm stripping it all back and just enjoying it. If I get my belly sorted then all the better, if not well I'm In so much better shape than I started.

Scary weekend
Thinking that my
cycling
and running had come to an end I went to bed last night with af really bad. Halfway through a very disturbed night I was led to take an electrolytes drink and sipped it through the night. By the morning my heart had returned to NSR.

Exercise after ablation
I have recently started a new job and as a result I have been exercising more, but I realise that when I’m on the
cycling
machine, I don’t let my HR go over 130 tops, and then i’m not willing to keep it there long, but I know this is wrong!

WWYD? - GP refusing to increase levothyroxine
when on no levo, but I still have the following symptoms: exercise/exertion intolerance; days when I still feel fatigued and can't do much at all, everyday I have to limit what I do and take lots of rest breaks; dizzy spells; dry skin, digestion problems - indigestion, gastritis/constipation/diarrhea

Who would of thought it...
So... in September 2018 I was out
cycling
with a friend and they said they were looking at doing a duathlon, I had no idea what that was but I thought I’d give it ago - turns out it involved running 2.5k twice with
cycling
inbetween. The first thing I had to do is buy some running shoes!

Asthma with certain exercise
I can go on the exercise bike for a good 20 minutes,
cycling
fast and slow and get very little ashtma symptoms. If I go for a moderate walk I get very little asthma symptoms but if I change that in to a fast walk or very slow jog then it starts.

Spring/Summer running kit
I've dispensed with the
cycling
jacket now the weather is improving, wearing a running vest over my long sleeve top. This is good for now, but it won't take much of a hike in degrees for me to overheat I suspect. I think I'd feel a bit "bare" in only the running vest, but not sure!

Vitamin D Supplementation in PCa: A Systematic Review of Randomized Control Trials.
Abstract Vitamin D is important in many cellular functions including cell
cycling
and proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Via the induction of cell cycle arrest and/or apoptosis, vitamin D inhibits normal prostatic epithelial cells growth.

Exercise after aortic valve replacement with mechanical valve
I'm no athlete, but I've always enjoyed
cycling
and racket sports. At cardiac rehab I was taught to exercise at a much lower intensity than I'm used to, and was recording heart rates of 120bpm typically during the classes.

Have to give up running 😭
I have a very mild disability it affects my movement and coordination and balance, I went and saw a specialist doctor yesterday and he told me along with my mother that I have to stop running as it’s too high impact for my body to cope with, he suggested
cycling
or swimming for me as that would be better

Hydroxocobalamin injection frequency, and are patches a recommended/viable addition to my needs? Your recommendations, sources, experiences?
I'm a 33 year old male, keen cyclist (mainly endurance
cycling
, when I am well enough) and have a physically demanding "job" (volunteering two days a week to rehabilitate myself and give something back to the community).

Back on the wagon
I think the cause was just doing too much as well as my running, life had been busy I had been
cycling
more and in the gym I felt so good due to the running I just did more. After 3 months my body said “enough”.

Damn the torpedoes..' Part 8
So, I’ve decided to double down on the
cycling
. Minimum 11.5 miles up to (so far) 35 miles per day. Bit of a confession to make.
