Your thoughts/experiences please about a change to a high dose of Sotalol (120mg twice a day).
I have just had my 32nd bout of AF this year but could not shift this one myself (by
cycling
up a hill) so went to A+E. Sheffield A+E are always very accommodating, despite being very busy, and said that I had done the right thing to go in.

Exercise induced AF - a few months on
Also tried with
cycling
. The advantages are it does a very good job of lowering and putting a cap on my HR. Not much affect on PAC's.

My COVID experience has been pretty easy with Test-to-Treat
I very likely had COVID in April 2020 and was sick for six weeks of
cycling
through fevers and fatigue and more frightening symptoms earlier in the illness including shortness of breath.

Covid Pnumonia Recovery - 12 month update
However I can drive with ease now, and found that
cycling
is good for me to get around as its not weight bearing. I STILL get out of breath on stairs, something the previously never troubled me!

8 Month update - The E-Bike! (covid pneumonia recovery)
Cycling
I've had an E-bike for the last few weeks and my hope was that
cycling
would help me build faster than walking. So far, it is. I can cycle 2-3 times a week and have been managing around 6 miles.

Suppositories or laxative for disimpaction?
Phoned the GP to discuss this and I'm not sure he entirely understood the situation but was keen for us to try using suppositories first and talked about
cycling
through suppositories, laxative and stimulant laxative at which point my brain exploded!

Help with sudden emotional and cognitive issues related to autoimmune or neurodegeneration
I recently posted some things about my increasing vision problems, however, starting about a week ago I developed a heightened startle reflex, severe cognitive problems, and rapid

mood/emotion changes.

Why do I have to take levodopa so frequently?
The resulting rapid oscillations in blood levels of the drug are responsible for both on-off
cycling
and dyskinesia. Longer answer: https://parkinsons-therapeutics.org/why-do-i-have-to-take-levodopa-so-frequently/

Feeling dreadful today... Any ideas why?
I felt great 2 weeks ago and was able to help out with DIY projects and going
cycling
. Today I took my NDT as usual (1 hour before breakfast) and then waited 2 hours before my Vit D3. Since taking the NDT I feel awful. Dizzy. Nauseous. Legs like lead. Exhausted. I've had to lie down.

Dad has PC in pelvic nodes ? Is he on correct treatment
Ive read about
cycling
meds to reduce CRPC dominance? Any thoughts in relation to his cancer profile? Should he be doing this? Is the radiation therapy correct or should it be targeted over the entire pelvic area or other suggestions?

Much like an indoor
cycling
track. It’s a very unusual experience, as you are fighting gravity dragging you down, and inertia sending you up, as you run the bend. It’s quite disturbing. The only lane that isn’t on the slope, is the inside one.

later at 8:15 am, and now I’m cooking some eggs. I will bring my backpack and lunch with me so later I can go to work directly.

help please - is this end stage MSA - Parkinson+
He is now bed bound but we still get him on the geriatric chair, do some
cycling
on the Motomed, catch some sun outdoors But recently - he’s just sleeps the entire day and night. He’s probably awake only because we clean him etc . Brain scan show no stroke etc apart from the MSA anomalies.

W5r1 not cycling...
W5r1 done today, went well, although aware of a cyclist that came past us twice along the trail(seemed to take mind off the last 5 min run) he let us know he was passing with a warning shout and thanks, which makes a change from the one's that just shoot past without warning! 😊

not sure my Onco (or I)understood the Denmeade BAT paper.

cycling
. Is my Onco’s treatment plan BAT or some new testosterone treatment?

Exercise/pushing your limits
So all things considered I'm doing ok except (There's always an except which, well you've got to except I suppose), anyway exercise, walking, running
cycling
, swimming when done gently, as in not pushing the body too much, everything seems tickety boo.

Absorbed in something greater than the self, the intellectual mind and its barrage of
cycling
anxieties is quietened by the otherworldly magic of riding waves, the enormity of the ocean – vast, undulating, indifferent. At the same time, I struggle in crowded surf, lacking that killer instinct to hustle
