DOMS? (Delayed onset muscular soreness)
Have gone
back
to the beginning because of a
back
injury
in January that stopped me in my tracks, but am much improved now and hoping to upgrade my strength and stamina again and run a 10k (or jeff it) in late August.

Hyperacusis
Hi, my name is Sid Tasl. My wife was diagnosed with both tinnitus and hyperacusis a few months ago, and it's seriously affecting her quality of life. The hyperacusis is a bigger problem for her than the tinnitus. Does anyone have experience with this condition please? Thanks.

Ibrutinib and odd side effects
However, I spent the next nine months almost flat on my
back
from one monitors, colitis, hepatic
injury
, kidney issues and the like. I lasted until early 2015 and stopped the trial. I presume the biggest problems here were caused by Ofatumumab, although Zydelig is not a well tolerated drug.

New ADAA Blog Post: Three Syrian Refugee Children on the Streets of Istanbul
Dad received a
back
injury
during the war. We are both working at the textile factory; we weigh threads and carry them around to different departments. I earn about $110 monthly, and my brother—he is younger than me—makes about $100.

Doing the whole thing again – into week 4. Sorry Michael
Coming
back
after
injury
or illness is tough, tougher than I expected. I have a mixture of feelings as I take myself through the programme again. I trust the programme as I know it works and I have every confidence that I’ll ‘graduate’ again.

Back at it
After 10 days of hell resting a groin
injury
, finally today I got
back
at it, was up nice and early, gear on and a plan to take it easy, promised myself some walk breaks if things got too much. Also decided for the first time to say goodbye to Jo and run on my own.

It feels great to be
back
out there again. Here's hoping you all stay
injury
free and achieve whatever goals you have set yourselves.

Meningitis
Has anyone had an elderly relative have bacterial meningitis and did they recover and how long was the recovery process? I’m trying to figure out if I need guardianship proceedings for my aunt. The caseworkers and doctors aren’t very organized. It’s been two weeks and i still haven’t been able to give

HM training week5 day4 - intervals
I’m running 2-3min/km slower than before my
injury
. I just can’t get my pace
back
up. It’s partly that my chest is congested the whole time. The inhaler helps but doesn’t fix it entirely. It’s actually no fun running this slowly ALL the time. Intervals today and I’m STILL mega slow!

Great to be back
Working my way
back
up to week 9 after
injury
. After advice I started
back
at week 6 which was really ok then gradually increased. Distance not speed is the voice in my ear! Can highly recommend Runpod podcast for those of you who enjoy all things podcast. Fascinating interviews by Jenni Falconer.

Feeling blue
This training was keeping my spirits up and giving me a focus since losing my job 2 months ago, so I am now worried how I will manage this set
back
emotionally. I know
injury
is all part of the running journey, so I will be doing everything I can to be realistic and keep my spirits up.
