Working my way back up to week 9 after injury. After advice I started back at week 6 which was really ok then gradually increased. Distance not speed is the voice in my ear!

Can highly recommend Runpod podcast for those of you who enjoy all things podcast. Fascinating interviews by Jenni Falconer.
