Whenever in doubt simply ignore bad thoughts and run. Set yourself a faraway goal and go for it. Mojo could be a possible excuse for all sorts of excuses, and apart from politicians l also deplore excuses. Both things are designed to stop good things and running is the perfect escape from them.
Fantastic, welcome to one of the nicest forums in existence, very supportive, practical with lots of wisdom and advice that has and continues to help my running lifestyle flourish.
Glad you're enjoying getting back into running and hope your ankle holds up for you! Great supportive place to be and a really fab programme...you'll have your mojo back in no time 👍
Thanks run46, on a rest day today as I've completed week two looking forward to starting week three, got some decent running shoes that have helped with my ankle tremendously, so here's to the remaining 7 weeks of the programme,. 😊
