NEW SHOES!!!!!!!

After my long and painful break from running I can now comfortably run a 5k. A month ago I genuinely thought my running adventure was over due to the persistent knee injury that refused to go away. After physio and much agonising foam rolling the knee feels good again. I promise to take things easy over the next few weeks but the shoes are a reward/treat to myself for putting in the work to get back to a position where I can actually run again. It feels great to be back out there again. Here's hoping you all stay injury free and achieve whatever goals you have set yourselves.
