After 10 days of hell resting a groin injury, finally today I got back at it, was up nice and early, gear on and a plan to take it easy, promised myself some walk breaks if things got too much. Also decided for the first time to say goodbye to Jo and run on my own. I was nervous to be honest didn’t know 1. If the injury would flare up and 2. If I had it in me to run without support. Got to 10 mins really quickly thought I’d have a walk break at 15, next thing I knew after a rather good Foo Fighters and Muse medley the 30 mins were up, had my warm down checked the gadget, a steady 5.2Km 🤪🤪🤪🤪 it’s so good to be back 🤪🤘🤪🤘🤪🤘
