Amitriptyline
Morning.. I'm suffering from daily headaches and my doctor has prescribed me Amitriptyline 10 mg to take at night, I've been taking them for the last couple of nights and not really notice any difference, I suppose it will take time to work.. has anyone else taken these to help with headaches?

Amitriptyline withdrawal
Hi guys. So I've spoken to my doctor and agreed to come off of amitriptyline. I've tapered off and have now been off the mess for about 5 days. I'm currently feeling pretty rough, nauseous and lethargic. Has anyone here tried to come off amitryptiline? If so how was it? How long did it take for the withdrawal

Pain Management
Started with PMR six years ago and prescribed prednisolone which brought about a dramatic improvement. Since then I have been diagnosed Osteoporosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteo Arthritis which I'm told is pretty aggressive. I have been tried on various medication regimes and the latest is Paracetomol

Headaches
Twenty-one years, twenty-one long years. Headaches are as common place in my life as, Fatigue, Loss of memory, Waking, Eating, Farting, Disdain for Ant & Dec, Loss of balance, Etc, etc. But now (well, last week) a health professional has finally taken me seriously. My doctor duly expressed

Finally I have some clue!
Ive been asking my Dr's for years about this! I physically here and kick so hard I've had several dislocations in my sleep, I've had operations for my knees now so thankfully they stay in place now but I'm constantly tired because even when I am asleep I'm moving and my poor partner gets no sleep either

RLS despair!
I have been suffering for thirty five years. Initially, it was only when I was in bed and my then GP prescribed a drug which was effective for about twenty years before augmentation made it less effective, which also coincided with there being concerns about its possible side effects on the heart valves

involuntary fist clenching etc
This morning my wife's hand became involuntarily clenched into a very tight fist. She was only able to unclench it after the hand had been massaged for quite a long time.
