I ran marathons as did a Canadian sufferer and another local sufferer taught

SOS! The Shades of Shame (and why I no longer wear them)
Obviously I was too fat to run, best leave it to those younger and fitter than myself and go and join the water

class instead. I sat down on a bench to catch my breath whereupon a rather concerned PT and her protoge came over to enquire about my well being.

Desperate for some pain relief!
We have seen a chiropractor, tried acupuncture, injections (spine L4/L5), massages (gets two massages a week), stretching exercises, water

AF rears its ugly head again.
I was feeling fantastic, doing Zumba twice a week and aqua
aerobics
. No booze, little coffee, plenty of rest and no stress. It's got me beat what my trigger is. Going to have a sleep study next. Almost back to normal apart from some tiredness and feeling a bit off now and then.

Three Questions re: PA/B12
Another question- I know that B12 is depleted when one exercises but the other evening I worked out harder than usual at a water
aerobics
class. This was on a Tuesday, 2 days after an injection. I was wasted the next day !

Then a lady pushing a trolley walked down the side of the pool and all became apparent, it was a aqua

class. Well I pondered and rose to the challenge... Yes she said, of course you can join us. So after getting my foam dumbbells I followed her lead, it was quite difficult but I tried.

Help, I've lost my va va voom!
I also do a couple of Aqua
aerobics
classes a week and do an hour a day on my exercise bike. So all good until weds this week when I went for my usual run and felt like I'd got lead legs tried to push on but had to do the walk of shame and do only 15 mins to return home.

Weight gain.
Anyway the reason I'm on now is I'm so sick of this weight gain I'm trying to lose weight but it seems to be going up n up n up,I'm only 5' and I'm weighing 13st, it does not seem to want to shift and as we all know we can't do a whole lot of exercise,I do go to a class on a Tuesday morning of water

Enforced rest from running for a week 😕
I have been swimming, cycling and done some step

too so I haven't been inactive completely. Forcing myself to rest until Monday. Shame, what a lovely day for a run. Remembering that I have a 10k event in June and Half Marathon in September too. Anyone else "resting"?

Migraines and color (aura)

instructor now and wow way to many times I'll be stuck in the color (aura) of a migraine, what is happening for me is time slows down as though I am no longer here, everybody talks weird like life is in slow motion.

hi guys it s been a week now snice I last had a fag I have stuck the don't ever have a puff ever and its working ia m really determined to quit this time insteasd of giving in so easily its hard but ive have taken advice ive been busy by keeping fit as well that is walking and iam going to be doing

Acupuncture for Fatigue
Mind you, I also do water

twice a week, walk my dog every day, and stay away from foods that are inflammatory (in my case it's dairy, gluten and sugar). I take supplements as recommended by my doctor, including green tea and tumeric. I've been sober for more than four years (hooray!)

I did some

classes in the 80s (anyone remember Jane Fonda?) That's about it, then 4 years ago my mum had a stroke and looking after her and seeing the effects it has had on her I recently decided I was going to do something to lessen the chances of it happening to me.

I have to go every weekday to get an injection and this first week was a lots of blood tests, ecgs, etc but apart from mondays and some longer days most days will just be about an hour and a half so I'm relieved that I can fit in quite a lot of my usual activities like tai chi, yoga,
