does anyone know of a dvd which is aimed at the less mobile with seated exercises. I have dodgy knees and aerobics are out of the question. husband and I do some seated moves eg. tin of beans in each hand raising to shoulder level etc. but we need a bit more inspiration.

Or check with your local swimming pool. Some offer low-impact exercise classes in the pool. Doing the exercise in water really cushions the impact and makes it a lot easier. That's how they help racehorses, footballers and elite athletes to recover from injury, after all, so it should be fine for the likes of us. ☺
