  • Congrats luckylouπŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰The 1st week is so hard...... It's either.... Do I .... Or don't I ....... My reason for quitting is because I'm afraid of having a stroke..... Young women who smoke in my family have strokes....... Very scary........ Keep your reason for quitting close to remind yourself when you feel like lighting up.... Merry Christmas πŸŽ„β˜ƒ

    Ps .. Keep us posted!!!

  • Go you! Try Jason Vale's phone app how to stop smoking in two hours which is great and also drink lots of water. You can do it! I stopped smoking a few months ago and the cravings do stop, I only get them rarely now but I am so happy I don't have to smoke anymore and feel so much better for it. Have a great smoke free day : )
