4 rules for exercising with osteoporosis
“Then you can advance to higher levels of impact, like jogging, hiking, stair climbing, or
aerobics
classes.” While swimming and cycling have many benefits, they don’t provide the weight-bearing load your bones need to slow mineral loss. However, if you enjoy these activities, do them.

Can never stop at one
I got the bicycle out of the shed yesterday and pump the tires up so as my
aerobics
exercise I'm going to be riding my bike everywhere instead of taking the car and for my strength I'll probably just do 20 minutes of pilates.

Hip flexor aching
Have done yoga and
aerobics
in the past but I want an activity that gets me out and I can do anywhere. So hoping this could be for me. I am overweight and new to this and have started experiencing hip flexors aching during running on my left side. Any tips to recover or run so it doesn’t happen?

W2 done!
Maybe it was to do with the fact that I did a quite energetic
aerobics
/HIIT routine this morning. Onwards and upwards anyway.

JAKS 2 Inhibitors Baractinib update
Also I went to my aqua
aerobics
which I have been struggling with. When I got out it was easier, plus I could get up the stairs much easier. 3 weeks in morning stiffness is down to just over 30 mins but not half as bad.

Aqua aerobics flare up
Hi everyone I thought I would ease myself back into exercise, I haven't done Aqua for a year. I took so many precautions. Cut back on any big movements Didn't raise my arms Stopped for water Did about a third of the class speed. A third of the way through the class, I started to get cold, the chlorine

Newbie with Hypo Symptoms. Tests norm. Please help :(
I stopped more intense exercise because I was feeling faint and exhausted after 20 mins of
aerobics
. It was like a sudden energy crash. I feel like I'm falling apart and have been worrying about there being an underlying serious issue that's going undetected.

Fatigue while in remission
I walk my dog daily and attend Arthritis Association water
aerobics
twice weekly. I have a consulting business and work about half time, do my own shopping, some cooking, and generally take care of myself, so I'm at least moderately active. But I'm still far more tired than others my age.

C25K - my story
I'm also doing KettleBell,
aerobics
and badminton on 'off days', as well as cutting back on booze and eating healthier! Lost half a stone since starting- onwards and upwards and good luck to everyone on their journey!

I was 19st when I started to do water
aerobics
and I brought a fitbit to help me reach my goal of 10000 steps a day and making sure I hit 30 mins of active exercise a day, I'm eating better yet the weight is pilling on 😭 I dunno what to do now! Any advice would be amazing

Been going to aqua
aerobics
which is helping. Can cook home made meals which is a lot healthier . Subsequently lost 1 and and half stone. Wouldn't have been to do any of this while at work. Went on summer holiday and had a good time.

W7R2 - new shoes nicely bedded in.
I use to suffer with this so bad when I did
aerobics
and was starting to get twinges on the earlier runs. Just need to build up my stamina now.

Week 2 start of exercise
To go with the step workout I have been reviewing various music play lists for step
aerobics
and considered that to ease myself in, the beat was to fast and I could do myself some damage plus the music was boring, so I made up my own play list on my lap top that lasted for around 25 minutes the play

Smite my Grunions!!!
She does FAR more exercise than me (
aerobics
in front of the telly) yet still finds it hard to shift poundage. I of course swagger about the place, revelling in my weight loss and shouting it from the rooftops! Hahahaha!! I do so hope those old pals that remember me are doing well.
