Maintain weight........so now to improve fitness
I am very active on my feet for 10-12 hours a day, do aqua
aerobics
and Zumba the last two are both good for my cardi exercise but I need to do some toning which I know is not going to be my thing as I think this probably means going to the gym 😕 Am I best getting a personal trainer who will show me

Determination - Week 4 and still going!
I've upped my exercise to 3-4 times a week (Davina DVD, aqua
aerobics
and walking) and I am determined to stick at it. My top tip is find an exercise you enjoy that fits into your lifestyle and stick with it.

There was a good warm up with some very fit lady doing
aerobics
on the stage and everybody was encouraged to join in. I joined my starting time slot (2:30 - 2:45) and waited to set off.

Evening muncher
my evenings giving and receiving support from people who like me have a weight problem, night times are the worst eating through boredom, I really need to get motivated to lose some weight before my operation, because afterwards I won't be able to do much for 8 weeks, at the moment I do low impact

I go to aqua
aerobics
just before my weigh in and get to the gym twice a week. I feel AWESOME! Sure, I miss my hair on and chocolate but the advice and support from the ladies at my weigh in and the support of my partner has been great.

Poor response to exercise. Do I need more Armour?
Today I did my first exercise class for a while, Aqua
Aerobics
. About an hour later I felt exhausted (out of proportion to the effort I expended) and seven hours later am still feeling utterly drained.

Positive mental attitude!
When I go for a cycle tomorrow followed by
aerobics
and piloxing, I am going to be loving the fact I am a camel full of stored action... But I doubt VERY much I will be standing on the scales!

Week 1, run 1 harder than I thought 😧
Just got back from my first session (and I have been improving my fitness for 3 months through walking, cycling and some step
aerobics
at home)! The first C25K session took me by surprise and have had to sit down for half an hour to recover, harder than a 20 mile cycle ride! Will it get easier??

Attempt #3
I am going to classes regularly such as spinning and
Aerobics
. In the summer I am going on the trip of a lifetime to Australia for four weeks. This is my goal post! I want to start the couch to 5k so I will be able to run and maintain my weight loss while I am out there!

My own journey
I DO work out in the gym regularly (every Sat and Sun) but the
aerobics
part has always consisted mostly of cycling and rowing machines.

Trial of T4 now? Nature-Thyroid?
Still doing water
aerobics
, bodypump (strength training with weights) and yoga - gives me energy, keeps me sane. Gluten-free since March, 2014 - making everything from scratch, nothing processed - and sugar intake remains near zero.

A small victory
So here goes: Yesterday wasn't too bad so I managed to go for my Aqua
aerobics
class, something I hadn't managed to do in several weeks. I felt like I had walked all the way to the north pole and back!!! After spending so much time in bed, completely wiped out, this was a major victory for me.

I am increasing my exercise having 5 weeks of group sessions in the hospital gym for my Osteo arthritus in my knee on Tuesdays and my water
aerobics
on Wednesdays and am coping well. Am also doing well with watching my diet and managing to lose a few pounds which is a boost too.

Spine and leg pain
I look after myself as best I can by exercise and movement where possible (I am disabled and unable to walk far so I exercise in water by swimming and Aqua
Aerobics
). My question is does Vit D have any effect on Arthritis pain.

I'm 22, and would be interested in doing something fun like an
aerobics
class or L.B.T class. If you're interested please let me know :) x

6 years 9 months on, is it an appropriate time to share what's worked for me? Mostly balance and mobility!
I have bought one; I was re-introduced to
aerobics
, and the sight of 20, mostly, fella's shaking their booty, when they are more used to climbing ladders, wielding axes and squirting hose, was probably not one for sore eyes!
