It's Monday Me!
I signed up for a new 4 week - twice a week - session of water aerobics classes at a local Recreational Center.[/i]

Weight gain
I've been on Fostair unhaler for 2 years for early COPD, but despite being active, going swimming, aquafit twice weekly, lots of walking and a stretch aerobics class, my weight remains the same .

Tuesday's Tips
I really struggle with doing anything consistently... except for my water aerobics. I have been doing them for years even before Covid. Now if could just use my home exercise equipment for more than a clothes hanger!
How do you feel about exercise? what seems to work for you?
How are you doing?
I did go to my water aerobics class last night ---- but due to lightening, we had to get out of the pool!!! Although hard to do at times, movement of any kind does help the fatigue. It's sure hard to believe that but it seems to help.
How are you coping with your fatigue? what seems to help?
Monday "Me"
Water aerobics is much easier. Lovely folks and welcomed me warmly. I'll be back next Monday ( I guess ) [/i]🥴
