Hello everyone

Doctor stated if I wasn’t doing yoga and aerobics realising I was breathless etc they would never have taken notice because of the weight gain which is part of the symptom. it explains to me a lot over the years.

how would you know.

I am really well I go for long walks, I go to the gym 3 days and I have just started water aerobics for two days. My question is how do you know that everything is ok I know it’s a silly question but do you have to have Echocardiogram at some stage to make sure you are ok.

Anybody else? Self harm and acne

I have had stares in the past at swimming pool during water aerobics from the scarring and never went back. I find it hard to cope with at times as both affect my self esteem. I would be grateful for any thoughts or useful comments. Thank you

how to reduce pain in fingers without Methotraxate? Update

Since June I have been walking about 2 miles a day, doing low impact aerobics and slowly reducing to 2.75 mg Pred. I just recently had an appointment with my doctor and my tests came back perfect. I told him I felt great, something I haven't felt in 6 years and what does he say?

Pilates for Fibromyalgia

I go running twice a week and try to walk 1-2 miles every day but I have recently started doing some aerobics classes at the gym (I've done a weights based one and legs, bums and tums) and they nearly killed me off.

Struggling

I have completed an aqua aerobics class today. I told the instructor I had PMR. I don’t think she really knew what it was. I have had the results of some of my tests. My Vitamin B12 levels are low so I’m starting the tablets for that tonight.

Contemporary adults, dance

My granddaughter really wanted to do an exercise class and asked me if i would go with her, well i didn’t fancy zumba or aerobics but i found this which incorporates a lot of bouncing around, a dance routine and then stretch so along we went.

I just joined and it said to introduce myself. Generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks since 1993

I am doing resistance bands weight training for the upper body and you tube aerobics or water aerobics for cardio. I used to swim a mile a day before the illness, can’t swim anymore. I want to help you if I can. And maybe you can help me, nobody else can.

Hello Everybody!

Most of my activities that kept me healthy (water jogging and water aerobics) have been cancelled for over a year now. I have 2 kids, 10 and 15, and all there activities have been cancelled for a year as well. In person school is sporadic. They are isolated.
