Nice to hear from you..... I think we're pretty much 4 month quit..... So glad I quit..... Never thought I could...... I'm still struggling but I use our mantra all the time...... Nope Not One Puff Ever..... No matter what I feel like..... I use to work out more when I smoked... I've been so tired since I quit...... Gotta get back to it.... Take good care🌹
