Wow that was a tough plod this morning. I've not run since Sunday due to work commitments and ankle discomfort. I took it really slow to see how the ankle went. The ankle was fine but my hips ached. I didn't enjoy that run at all today. I'll accept it as a successful run as I didn't stop during the 30 minutes. Hopefully the next run is much better.
Now for my yoga practice and relaxation.
