Support when you get home

We hold a weekly zoom exercise group Monday & Friday at 11am ( Friday’s session is geared towards issues associated with rehabilitation from Covid) - both are chair based exercise sessions. We also have our first weekly chair based yoga zoom session session starting on Wednesday !!am BST. All these classes are free & can be done from the comfort of your own living room. Our yoga teacher, presently works with two charities using yoga to lessen the effects of PTSD amongst refugees. Rather appropriate, we thought. Have a look at icustepschester.org for further details or email us from contact page on website.
