IT Band knee pain for months - help!
So far I've tried periods of rest, stretching,
yoga
and a bit of massage and changing my gait, but it just won't improve enough for me to run regularly. Any advice?

Another lunchtime 5k run
Ohh, that bounce, where my steps suddenly become jaunty, my posture more upright, my breath more rhythmic and my hands and arms do that conductor thing, their own kind of
yoga
,- just because. That’s my bounce that I love. And the amount of bounce changes, so I wonder, where is my bounce meter?

Navigating endometriosis naturally
And I have done a somatic
yoga
training about releasing trauma through movement which has helped me navigate pain management in my own way with my own body and has taught me psoas releases that help with these kind of issues.

I’m wondering if all the extra
yoga
and strengthening exercises will have been enough to prevent further knee problems.... and if my energy levels will hold up as I try again to extend my mileage?

Surely not... ?
I used to struggle with too much energy, too many thoughts and that’s why I ran, did

Pregnancy and montelukast
I really don't think it's due to being unfit as I cycle a lot, walk a lot, and do
yoga
from time to time. And i had this from time to time when not pregnant. Should I fight to start taking montelukast again? Does anyone else get this wiped out feeling and think it's asthma?

Possible EDS or hyper Mobility
My old
yoga
instructor said I hyperextend my knees but I’m not sure if it’s 10%. I’ve got a call with pain management next week and wanted to discuss the possibility of EDS or hyper mobility with them. Does anyone have any guidance on how to go about this?

Jericho's weekly round up week 1
Hopefully the issue is sorting itself out 🤞🏻 Other workouts I've been lax I admit, no
yoga
or strength work as yet but will hopefully get a resistance band session in today and maybe a Joe Wicks p.e class with the youngest!

YWA Breath: Day 4
I’ve been doing my
yoga
practice in the mornings, but yesterday I ended up doing it in the evening. It was slightly different to the previous 3 days: it was all on the floor, mostly lying down, and had a more relaxing rhythm to it.

Does anyone else suffer from chronic tension headaches?
Nothing will stop it, I've tried massage,
yoga
, chiropractic adjustments, the works. I came to the conclusion that the muscle spasms were being caused by histamine overload and a low histamine/low fodmap diet has helped the problem, but not solved it.

T4/T3 combination therapy - day 30
I'd forgotten that part of "old me" as having a butterfly brain can be a bit annoying and I used to do
yoga
and meditation to get a grip on it.

Manage relapse without steroids
Did 10-15 mins
yoga
most mornings and some light cycling. Now from Nov 2020 I am having a significant flare up, suspect I gave my shoulders a bit too much of a work out. Has anyone managed flare ups with NSAIDS only? I would really like to avoid more steroids.

YOGA for Stress Management
I am, as you can see from my handle.. a
yoga
teacher.. and I was thinking that since I zoom classes that I might add a FREE workshop/intro class for only this forum.. to possibly help with not only the PMR but the STRESS we are all going though with Covid. … I was thinking of having 2 classes for free
