So I thought it would be useful to have the links to all YWA January 30-day challenges in one place. They have for many become a classic event of the annual calendar. So here for reference all the 30 Days of Yoga series of videos on the Yoga with Adriene (YWA) YouTube channel.
YouTube Playlists with each a 30-day challenge, starting from the first one (?) in 2015:

All of these are free to access on YouTube. During the 30-day challenges and if you are signed up for Adriene's daily email for the series, you get daily emails with links and descriptions to the video sessions.
Obviously you don’t need to wait for January, above links will take you to various 30-day challenge of the past years. You can also go directly to the Yoga with Adriene YouTube channel to view any of the videos at any time.
I found my first experience with these 30-day challenges (BREATH) to be immensely rewarding, I’ve never had more stretched out limbs (so great for runners), but most importantly it has made a daily yoga/flexibility session a real habit, and I do tend to wake up now in the morning and can’t wait to start the day with a short YWA session.
Also, the moment I feel an ache in my body, wether some sensitive knees, an achy back, a cricked neck, my first instinct is to have a look wether my favourite Pilates and Yoga instructors have done targeted workouts, and they generally do.
And these 30 day challenges do have an arc to them, and of course an overarching theme. So just like reading a good book, they do allow you to ‘read‘ your body and then explore its limits to improve it that little bit further. Sometimes it’s a thriller, a detective novel and sometimes a romance as Adriene asks you to bend your neck as if you receive some kisses on your stretched neck.
So enjoy, and I’ll pin this post where you should be able to find it in the future!
Happy working out, everyone!
