I've been away for the best part of a week so haven't been on here at all. How is everyone?
I did run 2 of week 6 today, had done run 1 last week so I hoped I could manage it without repeating any previous runs. It was fine, I enjoyed it and am back home in good time for a yoga lesson. I've missed a few of those in the last few weeks as well. Hoping to do week 6 run 3 on Friday.

It’s surprising that you won’t lose fitness over a couple of weeks off, so having a little extra break may have even done you good. Another super run. Enjoy your rest day and hope Friday is a another nice one!
Looking forward to hearing how you get on in run 3 of week 6. I am planning to run it on Saturday. Run 2 just completed and quite a challenge. Didn't know if I had it in me to do the last 5 mins of the second 10 mins 🥵 but managed it so pleased. Anyone got any thoughts on pros/ cons of morning runs or evening runs? When I go back to work after summer holiday evenings are only real option apart from Saturdays.
