Enjoy this 20 minutes morning revival. A yoga practise for you.

Always listen to your body. Rest when needed. We learn through repetition.

Setting the tone for the day ahead is a great habit to cultivate. It doesn't mean yoga every morning! As we develop our yoga practise, we come to udenstand that everything is yoga! How we walk, dance, love, kiss, explore, adventure! The words we choose to speak, to write to think.

And to embody these energies. The way of the Divine Feminine. Yoga is a unique journey for each person. It's normal to find it challenging and difficult! Don't give up...

For yoga is all about integration. Integration of light and dark. Sun and more. Movement and stillness.

This is a yang more dynamic practise. You can always just watch it first and imagine how this might feel in your unique body and notice what fears arise.

Don't let your fears stop you from getting stronger. On all levels.
