Well, I do believe she’s done it! 🏆in her new light up collar, we set off just as it was getting light. We decided to do the beach route today as it wasn’t too windy. The first 1K was 8 mins, the slowest she has ever done it -I’d like to think I’m in control but it really is her pace rather than mine! I think she’s been sneaking onto the forum when I’m not here and taken on board all the advice.
A beautiful morning run and when we finished it was the unintentionally the quickest 5K I’ve done in a long while - steady and slow really does win the race !
As every runner knows, stretches are important, so she also joined me on the yoga mat when we got back!
Consolidation runs await for this canine graduate!
