Just thought I would introduce myself, as I have been following the C25K programme but only just found this forum.
It's the second time around for me which is good because I know it's possible but bad because I know what's coming tomorrow when I run week 5 run 3!
This time around I am very overweight, which i wasnt the first time, so I am taking it very slowly. I'm gradually seeing my fitness improve though and I am starting to see a small weight loss, so I am sticking with it.
Anyone else at the same stage as me?

Hi there, I have just completed this run tonight too and phew what a step up it was, but I did it! Good on you for giving it a second shot and sticking with it! We can do hard things 😊
I just completed wk5 run1 but I posted after my last run, which I found difficult, about the 20 min one coming up. There was lots of encouragement and I got back out today and found today's run a bit better.Well done on getting this far and you know you can do it so make sure that's what the voice in your head is saying.
Slow and steady does it and once you've done it what an amazing feeling that will be. This is exactly what I am telling myself 🙂
I've just done run 2 of week 5, I won't say it was easy but I managed it better than I thought I would. I too am overweight, don't seem to be losing much weight but I am definitely feeling alot fitter.
