Ferritin level information
I have seen numerous claims of “check your ferritin level, if it’s <100 you need to start taking iron.” Unfortunately, it’s just not that simple. That guideline has not been established. I have confirmed this with my RLS physicians. He said ferritin level is only 1 component used along with transferrin

Does this sound like Fibromyalgia?
Hello all, sorry for the long post but I am doing some health detective work! I have not been diagnosed with anything yet but have been having loads of tests for a weird combination of symptoms that don't add up. Recently the muscle issues have caused me to think this might be something like Fibromyalgia

Bubbles in urine
Hello, Had a quick question about bubbles in urine. Some days my urine is totally clear. Perfect color no bubbles at all. Other days, usually the first/second time I go in the morning it has some bubbles in it. Can what you eat effect that? I eat a low protein diet, no red meat or poultry. Only

weight loss?
But I’ve never noticed a great deal or
weight
loss
, I haven’t changed my
diet
other than not being as hungry as usual and having diarrhea for 2 weeks. So it’s kinda worrying me something serious is wrong, but I just had a full blood work scan done a week ago and everything came back normal.

Raised Creatinine in urine
Hello everyone I was diagnosed with PMR in January and am now down to 4.5mg prednisolone. Having piled on the pounds at first I have been on a low carb diet since March. I do eat quite a bit of meat and a recent urine dip stick test showed raised creatinine. Could this be caused by high protein/low carb

RA and Microscopic Colitis
I was diagnosed with RA 5 years ago, however I have recently been diagnosed with Microscopic Colitis too! I have also been tested for Coeliac disease and my blood results came back as 0.3u/ml which was the low end of the reference scale (I believe this result is possibly bordering a low immunoglobulin

More on red light therapy versus SYMBYX?
Apologies if i've missed a post: I noticed a post about a year ago on red light therapy, I have used it for a few years now and although I can't be sure of its efficacy, friends say they see no or little decline in my symptoms. I recently noticed an Aussie company (my home territory) promoting SYMBYX

I have recently used calorie counting to lose 3 stone thinking the
weight
loss
and
diet
change would help but it hasn’t! Financially I need to work, but health wise I need to rest.

Concerned about losing too much weight too fast
I know that his
diet
has changed drastically, which would explain the
weight
loss
but I am scared that he is losing too much weight too fast. He is 6'1" tall, and went from a weight of 228 to 185 in such a short time. He doesn't even have to try to lose weight.

Diagnosed with cirrhosis
Today I found out I have stage 4 fibrosis which is cirrhosis. I quit drinking over 10 years ago, I've had weight loss surgery and lost over 5 stone which as reduced my fatty liver to practically zero. I don't have hepatitis or autoimmune liver disease, yet I still have cirrhosis. I'm only 41. I'm feeling
