Does anyone know what the you tube link is for red light therapy helmets, called the coronet, made by Catherine? Thank you! I was at the zoom talk today October 31st and would like access to the zoom recording to share with my mom and anyone else who is interested.

I thing this cheap red light helmet is worthless.

And I spend a LOT of time doing REAL research.

I don't think that's an entirely fair assessment. Dr. Hamblin who is probably THE most published expert on Photobiomodulation has increasingly commented over recent years that there is a big systemic component to this. There have even been animal studies where the brain was completely shielded and only the tibia exposed with red light and they saw significant benefits. There is an obsession with the idea that we need super high intensity directly into the brain but the research really is demonstrating that moderate intensity say 12-24mww/cm2 for longer over larger coverage areas is more beneficial. You also have people seeing significant benefits while only treating the stomach/gut with light therapy. It's clearly complicated and my guess a very systemic process. I would venture to say that even using full body red light panels could be beneficial. We are all still learning.

Thank you for the instructions on how to make your own red light helmet! I want to make one for myself and one for my mom. It is very hard for me to follow instructions like this even though they are clearly and eloquently written out. Is there anyone on this site who has made one of the helmets, that is working successfully, who may be free to help guide me with making mine? I feel like I need a helmet making mentor.
