So have been suffering with endometriosis for 21 years now and was diagnosed 10 years ago. I have many symptoms; frequent urine and kidney infections, ibs, migraines … but as I am getting older my fatigue is getting worse! I am trying to hold down a full time job but quite frankly I am ill every day! I feel like it’s constantly the middle of the night, I’m nauseas daily, I have migraines daily and my whole body aches. I have recently used calorie counting to lose 3 stone thinking the weight loss and diet change would help but it hasn’t! Financially I need to work, but health wise I need to rest. When I have a week off it takes the whole week to feel human and then 1 day of being back to return to feeling ill again! I’m really at a loss as to what I can do! 😢

extreme fatigue making me ill
hello, sorry to hear you suffer with the fatigue. I get this terribly aswell and it feels like you have been hit by a bus and comes on within a matter of seconds of feeling ok. I have been taking magnesium vitamins and I am going to try floradix to see if this makes any difference. I really sympathise with you. I have severe endo and wouldn’t wish it or the symptoms upon anyone. x
I have suffered with chronic fatigue syndrome and can identify with the things you mention. One of the things that has helped me is doing an anti- Candida diet, which mainly cuts out added sugar, yeast, ensuring you take a good probiotic and something to kill the candida, which can be as simple as taking garlic. Worth looking online for a Candida questionnaire to see if you think it could help you. I was shocked when I first did a questionnaire as my score was extremely high and can attest to the effectiveness of the diet in diminishing and eradicating some symptoms. Hope this may be of some help to you. x
The fatigue is so debilitating, but it's important to get to the bottom of what is causing it. Has your GP done recent blood tests to check your thyroid, iron levels etc?
Hello, I'm very sorry to hear you're feeling this way.
I'm also fatigue and feeling nauseous due to stage 4 endometriosis.
I feel eating food with magnesium helps the symtom a little, as well as vitamin D. Mainly green veg, brown rice, less red meat also helps.
If you are struggling with work, please look into claiming pip for this as it does affect your daily living in many ways.
