Spinal Fusion Surgery
I am a 78 year old female with fractures of T-12 L1,2,3,4. I also have severe Osteoporosis, degenerative disc. Fracture was 2 years ago with no healing. Surgery is recommended. What are your suggestions. I really don't want to do this, but am open to other observations.

Rasagiline or Selegiline?
I was diagnosed with PD eight months ago and was put on sinemet (12.5/50) three tablets 3 times daily. I still have some tremor and other problems. My worst are painful muscles when walking. Today I saw a new Parkinson's Nurse and she suggested that an MAO-B inhibitor might suit me better ie Rasagiline

panic attack? or medical?
I had this sense that I was fading into total
loss
of control. My
vision
became weird the best way to describe it would be it looked extra bright and blurred. Definitely not normal. My heart had been pounding hard before this happened so while this occurred it became worse.

Are my symptoms likely to be due to hypothyroidism
Pins and needles in my hands that the GP put down to Carpel Tunnel Syndrome,
loss
of strength in my fingers. Blurred
vision
(may be due to the viral infections), I've made an appointment with my GP, but can't get in for two weeks for a routine appointment.
