Lucky you I'd say. The residential pain management course I mean not the pain. I'd be very interested how you get on
Hello Cinders
All sorts of health problems can cause back pain from infection trapped in the lower spine to bach injury. The latest research shows that a lot of surgery was carried out in the wrong Place. There was a programme on the BBC showing how exercises helped get people back to full health. In 1 woman pictures in the lower pain showed inflammation.
So taking 2 grams of vitamin C will help also read magnesium update try avoiding dairy. taking probiotics will help heal the body.
I use a Tens machine from the tens company because of curverature of the spine and I have no pain. Gardening is my passion so it is heavy work cutting down shrubs and moving pots. But it keeps me fit.
Be nice to yourself
