34years fe. Worried.
I've suffered
urinary
retention
for a number of years, especially after sustaining an injury after child birth. (Another story) I've finally been having it looked into, had bladder and kidney scan recently.

No sweat!
Since being on ndt I have hardly sweated, nor even produced body odor. Even in this hot weather! I don't even need to wear deodorant. I just wondered if anyone else had experience of this? What's happening here?

Levothyroxine, Interstitial Cystitis & Cystitis
I am on 100mcgs of levothyroxine and suffer with interstitial cystitis and recurring cystitis. I believe levothyroxine is playing a huge role in contributing to the pain I suffer with cystitis. I stopped my levothyroxine for 1 day and the pain improved by 80%, but of course you start to feel very hypothyroid

Hello all, I am fairly new here, building up courage to talk about this. Two months in from diagnosis, I have returned to work. I am struggling with perfumes and work around a lot of people. My chest feels fine in the morning but is prickly and sore at the end of the day. Should I think about a different

Young and feeling old
I've changed, I used to be a confident human being. Everyday I would find a joy to keep me going in life. Life was beautiful... I praised the beauty of life. I was never afraid to try or fail. I had so much energy & love toward myself & for others. Until, I started working in a nursing home. My life

Better Day! Yay!
For some reason, today when I got up to tend to the whining dog, I got in the shower instead of climbing back in bed. I have this awful mantra in my head. It says, "go back to bed" every time I get up. Today I pushed that out of my mind when I saw my work bag because I wanted to get this project done

New to the Group
I found this group yesterday and have already been posting to some. I have OCD and depression. Go to both a psychiatrist and a therapist. I am on meds and they do seem to help. Through therapy I have realized just how pessimistic and negative I have been my entire life. I never even knew my thinking

Hello

ADHD?
Hi 👋 my son and I live in Newcastle, England, my son is 4 and has "severe learning difficulties" we have not yet had a diagnosis! However we are pretty sure it's ADHD although no one will actually say! My son is still in nappies he does not speak words only sounds he runs everywhere and will not sit

Sprivia and trouble urinating
I know
urinary
retention
is a known side effect of Sprivia but I was wondering if it subsides as you get used to it? I had only been on it for a week. Alternatively, is there a way to effectively manage it? I would imagine that withdrawal from pred also exasperated the problem.

Overwhelmed with e-mail, deadlines, and simple tasks
Hey all, Came to this forum because I feel that speaking to someone will help ease my fear of checking my school email. However, there are no friends or family who is not a professional who I would feel completely comfortable sharing my struggles with. I am in undergrad and was diagnosed with ADHD before

Hi! I really need help getting rid of my stage fright!
This fall I will be competing in a pageant but I recently just got stage fright. People keeps telling me that I should think of positive thoughts. I tried but no matter how much I try it never worked. I even try to imagine that no one will be staring at me but it doesn't work either. I am just scared
