Urinary contraction muscle and focal refraction muscle related
I had read that Cymbalta(taking for pain) could cause
urinary
retention
in some people. I let my rheumy know, so he lowered my dosage from 60 to 30mg. A bit later is when I began to notice my vision was worsening. Even with my glasses everything seemed blurry.

First of all, I know that ADHD diagnosis is a long process. But I’m wondering can a psychiatrist diagnosis someone with ADHD who also has been diagnosed with depression and GAD (still untreated) Could this make a diagnosis a lot harder? I really want to talk my psychiatrist to get me tased for ADHD

I was approved for deep transmagnetic stimulation for treatment resistant depression. I also have an anxiety disorder and adhd, so I am hesitant to go through with it - I’m worried the tms won’t work well for me or will make me worse since I have these other mental health conditions.

Endometriosis and Cystitis
Quick question because I can't seem to find a straight forward answer, are endometriosis and cystitis linked? I seem to get cystitis when I'm due on and then shortly after I've come off. Also, any tips on how to ease it? I'm drinking plenty of fluids (especially cranberry juice) but nothing seems to

Everything about Prostate Cancer
I’m a care giver for my dad. He is 80. He has always been healthy and workout. No previous diseases or illness before this. He started with not being able to urinate back in November, which landed him in the ER. They put in a Foley catheter and prescribed (Flomax)(tamsulosin) daily pill to help

All prostate cancer questions?
1. Has anyone ever had TURP surgery to help with urinating issues due to prostate cancer? If yes can you share your experience? Has anyone had grest success from it, than start having issues months after? Do you continue taking taking Flomax, if the TURP was a success? 2. Has anyone experienced nausea

A Hidden Cause of Resistant Depression
Folinic acid is an advanced folate in the folate metabolism cycle and is used in mitochondrial respiration, making DNA, and making methylfolate, which is in turn used to make neurotransmitters and to help recycle folate and methyl groups. Folinic acid rather than methylfolate is preferred in these patients

Needing Advice
Hey guys, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted. To give you some background, my dad was diagnosed with stage IVb prostate cancer/Gleason 9 in October 2018. Prostatectomy not an option for local and peritoneal Mets at that time. Underwent 6 rounds of taxotere, responded SO well with minimal side effects

Has anyone experienced urethral scarring or inflammation following catheterization after prostate removal surgery? I had robot assisted prostatectomy this past summer with severe urinary blockage following removal of catheter one week from surgery date. Ended up in emergency room and was re-catheterized

Small Cell Experience…
Hope you’re all enjoying your Saturday. Been 11 months since last Lupron shot. Vacation feels great, however, tissue from recent TURP showed small cell cancer. Here’s a summary of past couple of years, and some notes from Dana Farber visit yesterday: 2-2018 local and low vol nodal recurrence. 7-2018

Introducing me - Jason
I got the news over the phone from my doctor’s office December 2nd. Considering how much sooner my husband got his results (we had biopsies on the same day with the same doctor) about a week before me. I moved to Pittsburgh PA so I could marry the man I love, our 5th anniversary will be on Feb 16th.
