This fall I will be competing in a pageant but I recently just got stage fright. People keeps telling me that I should think of positive thoughts. I tried but no matter how much I try it never worked. I even try to imagine that no one will be staring at me but it doesn't work either. I am just scared that people will be judging me if I make a mistake. That fear is really getting into me which is making me unable to speak or act. I used to be able to speak in public without stage fright. Now, I can't. Can someone help me... Give me advice and guide me to stop stage fright?
