Seretide concerns for my 10 year old daughter
She was always a sporty child
swimming
& running & gymnastics out of my 3 children but gradually since taking the mess she gained weight (which of course I don’t discuss with her however she keeps asking me why she is bigger than her sisters which I thought could just be a hereditary thing, but she doesn

Two years after stopping Ibrutinib muscle pains getting worse
However in the last few weeks I have developed muscle pain in my arm (heavy shopping) and now my thigh - due to
swimming
weirdly to avoid pain in my hip...anyway the pains have continued and even painkillers- paracetamol and Ibuprofen don't seem to work. I am assuming this is CLL related.

1 Year On....a 5k PB celebration, but more importantly...
I'd already spent two thirds of that summer holiday (I'm a head teacher) promising myself I'd go
swimming
every day and eat more healthily and make more time for myself (all starting tomorrow of course) and for whatever reason having come across an article on C25K actually decided today's the day and

Any advice?
This had been going on for a week when I decided to go
swimming
with my sister. Suddenly I realized that my heart rate was getting high again, even though we were just relaxing in the pool. Went back to my room about an hour later, my heart rate was 180bpm.

I've had a Pumonary Embolism and am looking for help and information
Prior to my op I was pretty fit (running/cycling/
swimming
etc) but I could not walk up a flight of stairs without being exhausted and completely breathless. On Thursday I had a CT scan and clots were found on my lung. It was confirmed that I had had a Pulmonary Embolism.

The weekly run mash-up
But also this morning, my non-running
swimming
buddy posted that she's started doing 'a bit of jogging', just a few seconds in her field. Awesome!!! Tomorrow I am on barcode scanning at Parkrun and I might do the 8k of the week beforehand.

Low self-esteem
For example, she would let me run freely around the
swimming
pool and not hold my hand in parking lots. Authorities were called and on top of that, she and other family members in our home were constantly arguing.

Tapering glitch while on Actemra
The only thing I can think of is DOMS, as I had been
swimming
on a regular basis for a few days, but that too, seems odd since I didn't feel like I had pushed myself too far. Could it be steroid withdrawal?

Pre Diabetes Referral
In addition you may have a health referral by your GP to attend the gym or
swimming
. The choice is yours. Once again I have been referred after requesting this myself but still waiting after 4 weeks to be notified when I can start. I will follow my own advice. Please don’t give up.

Summer holiday!
It didn’t matter as we did lots of walking and
swimming
! Such a beautiful island! Managed to go out this morning for a wee run! I went early and was absolutely boiling even though it was a lot cooler than Greece! Thought I’d smugly escaped the mozzy bites but have discovered loads this morning!!

Swimming advice
Hello and thank you for your experiences and advice. I've dipped my toes in (and my body) this morning. It was great at 1st, was trying to do lengths as I used to. I think the Dr & I forgot that, with the breastbone injury, my lung capacity is greatly reduced. So, I can smile about floundering and doggy
