Pre Diabetes Referral

You might have recently been referred for a Pre Diabetes programme by your GP. Don’t ignore this referral. It doesn’t mean you have diabetes. The worst part is trying to get on the course. Administration is not there strong point. Persevere. I suggest calling them often rather than email. I never had an email response. If at first you don’t succeed try, try and try again. It’s really worth it. In addition you may have a health referral by your GP to attend the gym or swimming. The choice is yours. Once again I have been referred after requesting this myself but still waiting after 4 weeks to be notified when I can start. I will follow my own advice. Please don’t give up. I can’t stress this enough. It’s the day option. Once you are on the course you will realise it was worth the agro. It’s a very popular course anyway over subscribed. You are not alone. Go for it.
