Hello and thank you for your experiences and advice. I've dipped my toes in (and my body) this morning. It was great at 1st, was trying to do lengths as I used to. I think the Dr & I forgot that, with the breastbone injury, my lung capacity is greatly reduced. So, I can smile about floundering and doggy paddling till I got out, huge relief to be out! I bet I looked funny :)

Good insight into PTSD and mental health on NHS. It sounds hit & miss. Thank you all. Have a super, pain reduced weekend x

Hi hun from Nurse Gladys Emanuel (open all hours) I use a hydro pool for my excercise, you dont swim you do stretching which is very effective in the warm 32degrees water, as you go along with a routine it does take your mine of other issues and it is SOOOO relaxing..
