Some advice please.
Last week I was
swimming
in the local pool, and had stopped at the shallow end for a minute, when I noticed my arm floating about, and it looked like it didn’t belong to me. I could move it and swam up to the deep end and put my hand on the edge of the pool, but it fell off.

I really wonder if I am ever going to shake the weight off , have joined a slimming group to try and see if it helps but although I’m really good and stick to my diet I feel like I’m
swimming
against the tide to tell you the truth . Does any of your good selves have this kind of problem.

Liver discomfort & shoulder pain
Could never work out what it was - wasn’t bad enough for doctor, just figured I did it
swimming
or watching tv weirdly. I put on nearly 2 stone since Xmas - normally I’m slim and healthy though I go through periods of drinking too much wine. Only slightly overweight now and still v fit.

Sand martins and swimming
Started run in cloud but glad I wore shorts as sun came out and it felt so warm. Sand martins are also back nesting in cliffs near mine, summer is definetly on its way, although it looks today like it may have had second thoughts. Felt so good from run I had little swim in the sea. Only second one of

Week 4 Run 2
I don't mind a bit of rain but if it's so heavy I get asked if I have been
swimming
that's rain stopped play. What a difference not running for a few days makes. I was struggling with the initial 3 minutes of running. My legs had forgotten how to run.

Sudden PMR flare up - any advice please?
Other than increasing my exercise a bit (tennis and
swimming
) nothing else has changed, no extra stress or other ill health. I SO don't want to up my Pred again, but if anyone has any advice on a quick 'short, sharp, shock' increase - how long? what dose?

Nowhere left to go, all out of options now
I don't think the thyroid hormones are entering the cells, just
swimming
around my veins. I have never been so brain fogged or depressed, was always very resilient & happy-go-lucky, & never lazy. It's just not like me.

The ducklings are growing up fast.
One day we saw a big grass snake
swimming
across the surface and noticed our frog numbers go down dramatically.

The London Triathlon - roseabi's review 🤩
It took me about 3 hrs 20 minutes to complete the triathlon, I'll definitely be back to beat that 😁 The moral of this story is, if you can do a bit of
swimming
, cycling, and running and you fancy having a go at a triathlon - just do it, it’s AWESOME!!!!!!!

Sharing tips to help us through Grief - Today is getting enough exercise
If your joints are a problem, check whether your local
swimming
pool holds exercise classes. The water helps to support your joints while you move and can help you strengthen your muscles. If you're not active because of a medical condition, get advice on exercising with a disability.

My experience
I have now been using the red light helmet (Coronet type) now religiously twice daily for approximately 15 months plus regular exercise
swimming
3-4 times per week ( 14 - 16 laps of Olympic pool as fast as I can go) and bike riding 40 km once a week or so and all symptoms are greatly reduced (tremors

I've also been
swimming
3 times this week & a bit of gardening, too. Do you think I should slow things down a bit or plod on as I'm finding the last 5min really difficult?
