Many folks with cirrhosis are prescribed a PPI (hubby has been on omeprazole since April 2012) and if you've been on it previously and need it again now they shouldn't be an issue.

I was prescribed lansoprazole by my liver consultancy after diagnosis of NASH.Hilary

Hi ,

We would suggest to check with your GP about medication for indigestion, they would be best placed to advise.

Maybe you could also let them know that you are feeling low?

If you would like a chat, our nurse helpline is open Mon to Fri 10am to 3pm, you are not alone. Take care Pat.
