Sand martins and swimming

Started run in cloud but glad I wore shorts as sun came out and it felt so warm. Sand martins are also back nesting in cliffs near mine, summer is definetly on its way, although it looks today like it may have had second thoughts. Felt so good from run I had little swim in the sea. Only second one of the year, I'm not one of these hardcore people who go in when it's snowing! Bike ride in afternoon. Today I feel great but is definitely a rest day, with maybe some gentle stretching. Hope everyone is having a great long weekend 😊
