Advice on Xtandi & radium 223 side effects
I was thinking
swimming
might be good as it's low impact. He had spot radiation to his shoulder but its still painful when he reachs overhead. He did 9 rounds of chemo which ended in Feb but has some neuropathy his hands & feet which has been flaring, I know from xtandi can cause this too.

C25K graduate - run/swim/strength & flex routine?
Has anyone completed this while consolidating/bridging to 5km, alongside a regular
swimming
routine? I don't want to push myself too much, but at the same time I would like to try and re-introduce strength and flexibility sessions to my weekly run/swim plan.

Bit of a setback after last chemo
Haven't had a lot of energy since this episode so no walk/jogs or
swimming
to date since. Being kind to myself and trying to take it easy (not really in my nature). Well, that's my story, not awful exactly but not great either. Take care everyone.

Advice please
I have regularly exercised, mainly
swimming
and walking, and last week resumed dancing. This proved a step too far. After half an hour my legs felt like lead and I was sweating profusely. This week I upped my steroid to 6mg and survived the class.

Medication or advice for extreme fatigue?
I usually like
swimming
and yoga but can’t drag myself off the sofa. Read that exercise can help fatigue- has anyone found this works? Usually so active and push through fatigue, but have been trying to listen to my body and rest more, and when like this, I feel exercise would be impossible.

I’m worried I won’t be able to do all the things I am used to,
swimming
, gym ,badminton , travel abroad and driving . I’d love to hear of others experiences and maybe reassurance that life will be as normal as possible .

My Oligometastatic Journey Update
I’m sure I fared better than most, but it’s still
swimming
upstream of course. When they (and a second opinion MO) told me 12 months vs 2 years ADT was a ‘data free zone’ that was enough for me to stop! My last 3 month shot of Eligard (subbed for the Lupron) was in September 2020.

Pure stress and tension! Epilepsy seems to thrive on it!
I have had Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy since the age of 14, I'm 65, when I bashed my head in a
swimming
pool.
