Tales of the unexpected run
In thirty seconds flat, it was as if I’d been
swimming
. I actually love a run like this and instead of turning and running straight back, I carried on up the hill to reach almost-the-top. Some very soggy horses looked at me as if to say “what are you doing out? You must be mad”.

How I recover from tinnitus spikes
Plastic from bottled water can leach into the water and is also non-distilled except nestle smart water but is in plastic and has agents added which are mentioned next • Chlorine (chloride) (
swimming
pools, municipal water, bottled water), fluoride (toothpaste, municipal water, bottled water), salt

MBC- MY BEST CIRCLE around NZ for 7 weeks while I still can…
Feet improved enough to go on short walks and I am loving
swimming
as it is non weigh bearing and great on the feet. Our best friends from RI are traveling with us some of the time. And my sister will join later for one of our weeks. Please check out more pics in the comments below.

Does the aggression / physicality really go away? Feeling hopeless most days
He does
swimming
and ninja gym weekly. And recently started working w a BCBA at home. We are doing all we could do. But in school he has minimum 1 day a week where he hits either his para or the teacher- some weeks is 2-3 times. But never more than 1x in a day.

My wife has potential pneumonia.
So now we have to wait for up to a week for this appointment whilst my poor better half is continually coughing, feeling tired and is exhausted from broken sleep and coughing up more gunk than could fill a
swimming
pool.

Advice pls - what to change in my RLS treatment now I’m pregnant & still taking Ropinerole
I’m off caffeine and alcohol obviously, plus have a healthy balanced diet and am
swimming
3-4 times a week and walking. I’ve tried acupuncture and have regular Epsom salt baths.

The only way is up
At 4 km we were back at our favourite
swimming
spot. We hadn't brought towels but never mind. The water seems chillier than when we arrived 2 weeks ago but it's absolutely perfect for cooling off after a hot run. I wonder if we'll still be
swimming
when we go home in 10 days' time?

Diabetes diagnosis after having Hashimotos since 1995
Have also been
swimming
regularly and upped my step count. Obviously need to watch sugary snacks including fruit high in sugar. Hoping next test shows an improvement but concerned in case I need Metformin medication. Anyone else have experience of this?

Recommended app for swimming on off days?
Hi all I was wondering what app people here recommend that is similar to C25K, but for
swimming
. I'd like to go
swimming
every other day / in my between days, as
swimming
is a low impact full body workout.

First run in ages....
I completed C25K last year, then it got too cold for me, then I got into
swimming
, then summer was too hot so........ finally, I did a short run last Saturday. I thought I'd maybe manage a few minutes .... I actually ran for 11 and felt quite comfy. Seems I haven't lost all my fitness after all.

Swimming
a bit and doing lots of stressful water slides. Of course heat definitely helps. Is it heat/ dopamine? Not sure - I’ll see how I go - interesting!

Just wondering I was just had a great experience going
swimming
with my family And I was wondering perhaps to look at some resources that may help me understand long-term living care and physical therapy with the desire for a quick or water therapy that can be very helpful with MS.

9 year old with ADHD and on medication talks to himself a lot
Now his
swimming
coach the other day had like this ‘feeling sorry for me’ looks when I asked her how he’s doing. She said he’s fine but he is talking to himself or his imaginary friend whilst
swimming
.

LIFE SUCKS
Loves to go shopping, and doesn't care how much I spend. terrified of
swimming
from almost drowning at the beach last year for being stupid and jumping waves with my cousin and went way to far out. who is scared to go ask the worker at the store where something is so I have to bring someone with me.

Hello, 1st post
I keep myself reasonably fit through regular
swimming
but, like many, had put on weight during the lockdowns and have been struggling to lose that. Didn't feel right after my last swim and felt really sick in changing room. Ended up with paramedics called to my hoke later that afternoon.

Psoriasis. Now rid after 45 years
I can go to
swimming
, sun bathing, wear short sleeve shirts without being embarrassed. This medication is only by approval of the Hospital dermatology. So before you do anything, Google it Guselkumab.
