Pain still 15 years after event.
Since then, whenever I overuse my chest muscles e.g. gardening,
swimming
etc I am left with an achey, sickly pain in my chest which can last fir hours. The first time this happened was when I ate a couple if mouthfulls of food a couple if days after the event.

post ablation swimming in the sea.
Please dont suggest going to
swimming
pools, I do not like the places and just get in people's way who do swim! But I live by the sea , it's free and any stress just dissolves away. So what do you think?

chronic fatigue after transplant?
have tried exercise and light
swimming
but has made it worse. Came off prednisolone about 6 weeks ago and not felt well since. Anyone else experience unexplained fatigue? Doctor just says to take it easy as all looks fine but doesn’t feel right.

Bloodshot eye
I ventured to the
swimming
pool yesterday for the first time since my NSTEMI in February. When I came out I had a heavily bloodshot eye, with what looks like a burst blood vessel. Still looking bad this morning, and I suspect it has been made worse by the Clopidogrel.

Safely Home From 7weeks in New Zealand
And
swimming
in the sea felt marvelous. One of my fav things was that we rented a big gorgeous house with large open spaces inside and out and all was surrounded by tall lush green hibiscus bushes with pretty red flowers that created a complete privacy wall .

Safe to sauna?
I’m just trying to get back to
swimming
and wondered if it would be safe to use the sauna and steam room. I get chest pain when I’m cold so I thought it might help but am to scared to try it out 😬

How safe / dangerous is swimming when you have glaucoma?
Going on holiday in two weeks & I love to dive into the pool and swim underwater (1.5 metres below surface) for as long as I can hold my breath! Would this be considered 'risky' for a glaucoma sufferer?

Raynauds syndrome?
I used to get this in my fingers as a child,
swimming
in the Council outdoor pool in summer. I got it a bit when I was pregnant too. So I do recognise it.

GOING FORWARD
I thought he said something like conductive but my head was
swimming
. He believes my life will be much better. This pacemaker even picks up when I am doing something more active such as walking or exercising and it will readjust itself.

Does Flecainide impact HR on exercise?
I’m keen to maintain my health through exercise and enjoy running,
swimming
and cycling. I have agreed with my EP to avoid Beta Blockers as they restrict my HR to the extent that my pace is heavily impacted.

struggling to cope with COPD
My peak flow is usually around 300 during the day - I take regular excercise
swimming
and walking. In general my life is normal. BUT I have developed a cough - not constant but very unpleasant - a smokers cough I suppose although I have not been a regular smoker for many years.
