This last year I have been swimming almost every day. After swimming I feel so relaxed and wonderful. With my work schedule I can only go to the pool in the evening, so I found a way to replace the pool in the morning with a carbon dioxide head bath. You can either make sparkling water with a soda stream machine or by mixing baking soda with ascorbic or citrus acid. Important to not make it too bubbly as it could trigger heavy breathing (only about 2 tbs of each). It takes only about 5 minutes and makes me feel more alert, focused and relaxed.
