Week 6 (The Return): When is a dog too old to learn new tricks?
And actually, the whole run felt pretty
stress
-free. I was quite excited, thinking I had found my go-to pace and my heart rate MUST have been lower than usual, but when I looked at the stats - I was in Zone 4 for 80% of the running time!

Reversing out compared to using up B12.
What is often seen a
stress
does not use up my B12 nor does physical activity unless I experience it over time. Even COVID does not use up my B12. I thought I had achieved loading last January. February and March disproved that to me.

Graves Weight Gain
Fast forward and I got a personal trainer and started working on my diet, going into calorie deficit, strength training 4x a week, swimming 2x a week, getting 8k-10k steps a day consistently, and trying my best to reduce
stress
. This held my weight in place BARELY.

Pain everywhere
Of course it could also be all the
stress
of looking after Jim. I am off work until Tuesday, but I might ring work for maybe a few more days. I don't know what to do really? Thanks for listening. Hope you all are enjoying the sunshine. Take care.

I still live with my dad, and I’m happy and blessed to be able to live with him so I can focus more on my passions and business without
stress
. But I’m working to move out one day. For both my dad and my sake. Dad can go and live his life, and I can go and live mine.

Do you notice a difference in your mental health?
Physical activity provides an outlet for my pent-up energy and
stress
. But what has has surprised me the most, is that after only as few weeks, I started to feel so much more confident as a person.

Pretty in Pink-How Lucky am I?
Of course we got into a taxi in huge traffic with the meter running which was a different kind of
stress
! Especially since we.were racing to catch the midnight ferry which was the last one from Auckland to my little island of Waiheke. Again so grateful to make it with just minutes to spare.

How low is too low
I suffer from white coat and am sure some of my high readings in the past have been linked to
stress
around taking readings. Thanks

Any advice to get back on track please?
All went well at first, gradually increasing gap between injections, although jaw/facial/cramp symptoms re emerged at 5wks without Actemra, so I gave myself a booster, but I mostly managed on 3mg pred, then 2.5 daily but with visitor and Christmas
stress
I had one injection as a booster on 26th Dec

Constant arrythmias but tests have given no real answers 🤷♀️
Done every test under the sun inc MRI,
stress
, CT, holter, you name it and it all came back perfect apart from the ectopics in the ECG. My cardiologists (have seen 3 different ones now) also have no idea, say its benign and have given me flecainide as a pill in the pocket (50mg).

Tips for flying
I don't let it bother me too much on a daily basis, but it sometimes becomes an annoyance at times of
stress
or tiredness etc, or particularly during driving long distances with road noise causing a spike.

Am I being weak?
I certainly couldn’t maintain the pace or
stress
I used to thrive on, and everyone says that doesn’t matter but, it matters to me which is stupid I know but…I was really good and now…I’m not the same. I want to believe things will still improve but as time goes on, that’s getting harder to do.

Myopericarditis - palpitations
I have been told to lightly exercise,
stress
less, and go back in 2 months. I cannot even manage a half day with my 3 year old, let alone exercise. If I pick him up palpitations are induced. I go to sleep every night fearful.
