Breathe out

and repeat as often as possible. 🧘🏾♀️
Here is a message from our friend Ali
: "[i]To manage my
stress
levels, I watch motivational videos, listen to songs that improve my morale, and think of ways to improve my mental/physical health – just a moment of 'me' time.

Back pain
I also used to
stress
a lot about really small things. I feel so much better and for now I'm only on the minimum dose 👍. So if anyone else is suffering from pain similar to this, I highly recommend speaking to your GP, as mine was obviously nerve pain. Keep strong everyone Love Alison xx

Deep breathing
Engaging in deep breathing can quiet your thoughts, decelerate your heartbeat, and alleviate
stress
. It enhances your ability to concentrate. With each inhalation, envision positive energy entering your body.

B12 and nerve regeneration
If the amount of B12 does not cover the demand (which is significantly increased during nerve regeneration and myelin formation), not only can important proteins (e.g. the myelin basic protein) not be generated but also homocysteine accumulates and promotes oxidative
stress
and damage [41–45].

Strokes how do i cope caring for my loved one.
I new how anxious and stressed he had become before he had the first serious illness. so we embarked on some very big lifestyle changes, which we hoped would elevate any
stress
suddenly like a bomb going off the changes had a huge impact on his health.

Aortic Valve Replacement Monitoring
I opted for private surgery because long waits and lack of communication from the NHS was causing me such
stress
and anxiety and recently retired I had savings I could use. I saw a cardiologist and was referred to a surgeon and had OHS.

Why stay?
It feels like I exist to absorb
stress
and anxiety and pain to make a few more dollars to survive. Rinse. Repeat. Never enough. Never getting ahead. Often falling further behind.

Tinnitus Flare - Still New to This
My
stress
at work has been a bit higher so I’m thinking it’s related. I guess I’m just looking to see what others do when they are stressed to try and help with the flare-ups and how long they can last.

PMR flare and Pred advice please
I was aware of the amounts of
stress
hitting me due to these events but was reluctant to increase the dose any more as the steroids have been causing me so many side effects , esp. feeling on edge and super anxious , (horrible) .

WEEKLY CHAT 15-21 JULY 🫖☕️ HOW’S YOUR SLEEP?
An increase in the
stress
hormone cortisol, high body temperature, dehydration, low blood sugar, too much caffeine… the list goes on. Here’s an interesting article on the subject but there are loads out there if you’re interested in finding out more.

Is Isosorbate Mononitrate 60mg necessary?
What I've got is very mild angina symptoms brought on by emotional
stress
. I'm 63, male. It's like a slight stitch, almost trivial. They've doubled my atorvastatin to 80mg pd. And "added in" Isosorbide Mononitrate 60mg pd to "alleviate symptoms".

AF With Heart Twinges
I've had an echocardiogram which showed a dilated left atrium but nothing out of the ordinary for AF, numerous Holter monitors, a
stress
test, and have recently been diagnosed with flutter as well as AFib.

A month into Pegasys, Australia …
My doc told me then that he had quite a few of the radiology staff on antidepressants from the
stress
at my work. Today, I was a bit alarmed at my tearfulness. My husband said maybe it’s the injections. I had my fourth weekly injection last night of 45 mcg.
