I hate OCD. I hate everything related to this F... thoughts.
We try to live more, but we actually ruin our life.
I have contamination OCD, I go out with stress, even while I am walking on the street I have to just look down? why??????? because I want to prevent put my foot on some dirty thing? with shoes? YES YES YES!!!!!! I got crazy I know :((
I was very energized and happy girl, I hug my beloved ones kiss them...but now , I can't.. I frighten from germs on their hands, their clothes... even it happens, I try to check their face or lip to not be a wound or blood on it. I want to be in just a year ago

what you describe is very common in OCD sufferers. Therapy and medication help. Exposing yourself to these things will eventually help you overcome the compulsions. If they cause too much anxiety to do it on your own, therapy will help. Remember that you are not ruining your life. OCD is a disease like any physical disease and you need to try to separate yourself from the disease. You are not OCD, you have a disease called OCD that affects your mind but you are still a good person.
I'm right there with you, going through something similar in that I hide from my siblings in the house because I feel I'm bringing in contaminations from work or elsewhere. It's been going on since the end of 2018, lots of pressure to just take steps or let it go which of course is not so sinple.
